SOGON membership dues support the Society’s work in advancing professional excellence, advocacy, education, and improved women’s healthcare across Nigeria. These contributions enable the delivery of conferences, trainings, research activities, advocacy initiatives, and administrative support for members nationwide.
All members are encouraged to keep their dues up to date in line with their membership category.
Dues: ₦400,000 (one-time payment)
Life Membership is a one-time payment option that grants full membership privileges without the need for annual dues. It is ideal for members who wish to make a long-term commitment to the Society and its mission.
Dues: ₦40,000 per year
Full Membership applies to qualified obstetricians and gynaecologists in active practice. Annual dues ensure continued access to SOGON programs, professional development opportunities, and voting rights where applicable.
Dues: ₦10,000 per year
Associate Membership is open to trainees, allied professionals, and other eligible individuals with an interest in obstetrics and gynaecology. This category provides access to educational resources and Society activities at a reduced rate.
Dues: Exempted
Senior Members are exempted from annual dues in recognition of their years of service, contributions, and leadership within the profession and the Society.
